True or False - Fanta soda was invented to sell in Nazi Germany after WWII broke out so Coca-Cola could continue to make profits after the war started.

Well that’s not what the Snopes link says - Fanta was indeed invented in Germany during WW2 by the man responsible for Coke’s German holdings, and it came about because of trade embargoes which made it difficult to get the normal Coca Cola ingredients in Germany.

They do state specifically that this wasn’t done at the direction of the Coca Cola company back in the US and that Max Keith was not a Nazi, but aside from that it appears to be fairly accurate. I wouldn’t call it sinister or anything.
