Dimbleby has pwned him already. Fair fucking play. He had a bunch of quotes at his disposal, including: “I want to see Britain become 99% ethnically white” He’s dying here. ---

Griffin’s voice is trembling. The Tory is getting angrier than the other politicians - including the black American and the English Muslim! Dimbleby has just pointed the audience at the YouTube video [Nick Griffin meets David Duke, head of the KKK](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04QolIvfQEw). Griffin just said it was “a totally non-violent one [KKK]”. ---

Griffin is asked to explain his antisemitic, holocaust-denying, and racist remarks. He claims “European law prevents me from explaining why I’ve changed my mind”. Dimbleby, Straw, et al, tell him he is at liberty. He weasels. ---

i’m watching, it is getting a bit embarresing now. They are all ganging up on him and it seems they can’t wait to get him down to kick him properly. Don’t think I have seen question time be this one sided before. (note: this is fun) ---

Wow, this is fucking intense. Griffin claims radio intercepts finally convinced him that the holocaust was real. Straw gets very fucking angry, asking him what about the rest of the evidence? An Islamic questioner asks why Griffin says Islam is a “wicked and vicious faith”. Griffin finally backs up his remarks, and stands by them. Then slags Straw for supporting the Iraq war which killed 800,000 Muslims. “Muslims must acknowledge that Britain must remain a Christian country.” ---

Bonnie Greer has a great point about Roman multicultural colonisation of Britain and how [del]cockface[/del] Griffin harks back to old ages to reinfoce his views. Oh dear, now it’s gone to Straw defending the government in the face of the BNP’s rising popularity. ---

I do wish the questioners wouldn’t use so much hyper-emotive language when talking about the racist fascist fuck: “vitriolic” “slimy”. It devalues their questions. ---

We are the aborigines here.” Dimbleby uses the Griffin quote: “Deliberate, calculated genocide against their own people.” “I’m afraid, that’s the case” - Griffin. \*Neglecting the links between his party and Loyalist, anti-Irish terror groups. ---

A questioner just called him “Dick Griffin - sorry, Nick.” The audience cheered. “Our immigration policy is supported by 84% of the British public,” says Griffin, referring to a populist poll with few details. Where the BNP immigration policy was geared - at least until recently - against “non-white” immigration. I’m starting to like Straw a bit more than I did. And I already respected him relatively reasonably, despite his scrupulous toeing of the Labour party line. ---

It was interesting that show. A couple of comments. Griffin, when talking about mainstream issues is reasonably articulate and good humoured. He is blessed with the good looks of Peter Lorre though and his views on race, sex are just bizarre. Huhne (spelling) seemed like the type of chap I might vote for if I lived in the UK. He was articulate, precise and didn’t seem to be trying to indulge in pointscoring as obviously as the Conservative member of the panel. ---
