# Father & Son BOTH sport stars?

Good catch! Interestingly, Christian’s father Wilson (Emerson’s brother, of course) was an [F1 driver](http://www.forix.com/asp/go.asp?z=0&k=0&l=0&c=0) for a while as well. Not a very good one, mind you. Sorta like his son. 😉

I think [this example](http://www.icenews.is/daily/1996/26apr96.html#fat) is kinda neat: a father is substituted by his own son during an international football match! Alright, so the age difference _does_ tell you something about the level of Icelandic football. It’s still neat.

But he was the player on the infamouse baseball card where somebody had written “FUCK FACE” on the bat he was holding.

Not stars but…  
Mike Bibby is in the nba, dad Henry was too, Uncle Jim was a pitcher.  
Tony Armas/Armas Jr.

So almost all these pop/son combos were in the same sport.
