I worry about the slippery slope for these types of rulings. What’s next? Take down your Tea Party Sucks website because your ex is a Tea Party member, we all know that the Tea Party wants to keep the federal government solvent for the next generation and if you think the Tea Party sucks then you are an unfit parent. Hey, you choose: Either free speech or we take your kids. Freedom at its finest. ---

For example people belonging to certain extremist groups, such as the Aryan nations have had custody denied. Similarly, after a Lesbian couple broke up and biological mother became a born-again Christian she was ordered not to preach against the evils of Lesbianism or lose her child.
