Since I really like the movie, **The Other Waldo Pepper** \* always gives me a chuckle when I see the name. \*_You_ know, the one that _didn’t_ drop Susan Sarandon several hundred feet to her doom. ---

When I joined, I wanted to use my screen name from a former board (now defunct, alas) of which I was a member. It was **ChairmanoftheBored** , but I was denied. I keep hoping I’ll run into the person who has it so I can congratulate him or her on it. 😃 ---

(Haven’t seen him around lately, though.) **Marion Wormer** , my favorite character from _Animal House_. **Freudian Slit** , because if you’re going to be a Freudian slip, you should go all in. **2ManyTacos** , because I like tacos. **eschereal** , an excellent melding of ‘etherial’ and ‘Escher.’ **Fear Itself** , because FDR. **overlyverbose** , because aren’t we all, around here? **Left Hand of Dorkness** , because of the literary allusion, and because it would be a great handle anyway. **It’s Not Rocket Surgery!** for the obvious reasons. If I were forced by TPTB to pick a Doper to switch usernames with, this is the one I’d pick. I’m sure I’ll think of more. ---
