# Favorite hard liquor (slight return)

Irish Whiskey, particularly Jameson’s. I haven’t had that many though. The problem is educating your distilled liquor palate before you accidently burn it out entirely.

One night with a bottle of Southern Comfort many years ago put me off all sweet drinks forever.
