Seriously? There’s way too many! That I love. Most are just snippets of real songs of course. I can’t think of any I really hate. Alien Nation - I particularly like the Tektonese lyrics and using Sikes’ temper tantrum as part of the song Angel - Sanctuary by Darling Violetta (instrumental) - made for the show but there’s an extended version available Being Erica - All I Ever Wanted to Be by Lily Frost - created for the show Big Bang Theory - History of Everything by Barenaked Ladies (could easily be a TMBG song) Blue Mountain State - Hell Yeah by Rev Theory Chuck - only an instrumental - the bridge of lyrical “Short Skirt Long Jacket” by Cake Dollhouse - What You Don’t Know by Jonathan Brooke Dr Who - famous instrumental, but I particularly like the version from the last two Drs Firefly - created for the show, but there’s an extended fan version by Michelle Dockrey or Vixy and Tony Futurama - original, but based loosely on the 60s French “Psyché Rock” Hawaii 5-0 - The original was kickin, and the new one is almost as good. And it makes a surprisingly great marching band theme. Haven - created for the show, but available on itunes House - Teardrop by Massive Attack - if you haven’t heard the original, it has lyrics! How I Met Your Mother - Super short clip, but the best part of the song Hey Beautiful by The Solids IT Crowd - Original and instrumental but still good Kyle XY - Instrumental but Michael Suby rules Lie To Me - Brand New Day by Ryan Star Nip / Tuck - Perfect Lie by Engine Room Nitro Circus - The State of Massachusetts by Dropkick Murphys No1 Ladies Detective Agency - “Botswana wa Tsabakela” (traditional) One Tree Hill - Davin DeGraw’s I Don’t Wanna Be - but I like how in the current season they have been alternating with various covers of the song Pysch - I Know You Know, created for the show by The Friendly Indians, but there have been a few alternate versions - en Español, winter holiday, Bollywood, black boy band, etc Raising Hope - “Daddy-O” by The Freelance Economy - fun for the show specific lyrics Rescue Me - “C’mon C’mon” by The Von Bondies Secret Diary of a Call Girl - “You Know I’m No Good” by Amy Winehouse Shameless - “The Luck You Got” by The High Strung Smallville - “Save Me” by Remy Zero The Talk - created for the show True Blood - “Bad Things” United States of Tara - created for the show by Tim DeLaughter of Polyphonic Spree Weeds - “Little Boxes” - another show that ended up doing different covers of the theme in each episode ---

My favorites Maverick - "Who was the tall dark stranger there, Maverick is the name. Ridin’ the trail to who knows where, Luck is his companion, Gamblin’ is his game. [Phineas & Ferb](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoV2adaRBWU) and last but not least, the UPN sitcom [Half & Half](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnG4XcbhLvQ) which I liked because I thought the ending, which had the actress Rachel True finish off an otherwise fine sounding musical number by singing terribly off-key, was really funny. ---

I may lose the thread with this, but in addition to some of the ones other people have said, I’ve always liked the themes to _Perfect Strangers_ and _Dallas_. ---

No one has mentioned 2 1/2 Men. The lipsyncing is so good. Occasionally I catch an epiosde where they do the hat stunt. So good!
