Also: One must pay respect to Angelo Badalamenti, and his haunting score for [**Twin Peaks**](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oDuGN6K3VQ).

An Italian movie:\*Where The Hot Wind Blows \*(Sometimes called _The Law_, which I believe was the name of the book it was based on). The movie isn’t very good, but I watch it occasionally just for the score. I have the score on one side of a 33rpm record and it doesn’t have the impact at all of the movie; the score must be heard while watching the movie.

**1941**

It stirs me even more so than the score from **Patton**.
But it could be because I watched it only three hours ago.

Another great movie score is from **[How the West was Won](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7ZPy-7BzSw&feature=related)**, A terrific movie which seems to have had every known actor in Hollywood in it.

Zeffirelli’s Romeo and Juliet
The music was perfect - fit the time period and was haunting and beautiful at the same time.
