I don’t like any of the current recurring characters. All are based on the same thing - people so lame they bore everyone. Bore me too. What happened to Bulushi-types, where the recurring character was funny? A samuri in the city, or a big bee? ---

Norm McDonald’s Burt Reynolds and David Letterman impressions are hilarious! Burt Reynolds wearing the huge foam cowboy hat on Celebrity Jeopardy was so funny! “Yeah, it’s funny because it’s, you know, bigger than a, uh, normal hat.” I don’t know exactly why it seems so funny, it just does. His impression of David Letterman was even better than Burt Reynolds. "So this guy walks up to me and he says, “Uh, you, uh, you got any gum?” “Ah-HAHAHA!” “Ya got any gum?” Funny how his voice never actually sounds like anybody but Norm McDonald. I don’t care what you say, Phil Hartman was the best Bill Clinton. For some reason, I always liked Opera Man. I don’r know why, I think Adam Sandler is a total dumbass. ---

I liked Adam Sandler’s rock concert-going character, you know, the guy who’s always getting beaten up at the concert. Drawing from many years back… _LOL_ -Any Gilda Radner character, but especially Roseanne Roseannadanna 🙂 “It’s -always- something!” -The Jon Lovitz Liar character, which was a Conan O’Brien invention, btw. 🙂 “My wife, Morgan Fairchild… yah, that’s the ticket!” -Land Shark!!! Who made a special guest appearance tonight!!! 🙂 -I’ve always loved Garth. My favorite all-time skit, I think was this one with Tammy Faye Bakker, Leona Helmsley, and Zsa-Zsa Gabor (all were “in trouble” with the law at the time!) breaking out of jail! Oh yeah, I love Nick Burns. “MOVE!” 😛 Opera man is kind of funny in a weird, obnoxious way. Oh yes, and Will Ferrell (or is it Darrel Hammond, I always get those two mixed up) as James Lipton.
