**Udupi Palace** in Langley Park, Maryland, has great southern Indian food, and amazing desserts. Burfee to die for. Its on a scummy stretch of Route 193 but its well worth a visit. They have another store on Devon Avenue in Chicago, but the Maryland one is much better.
