The favorite cartoon thread reminded me of this one… “Shaddup shuttin’ up.” In olden days, my boyfriend and I would go to the last showings of movies (Mon-Thurs) to avoid noisy crowds. One time it was just us, and one other couple, then in comes a group of five or six noisy teens. They proceeded to talk loudly through the announcements, through all the trailers, and even continued when the movie started. We were starting to get annoyed, when in an authoritative, gruff voice the other guy said… “Shut up already!” And they did! ---
