As much as I have grown to despise Chad Johnson as a Bengals fan, this video serves up why he and the Bengals offense was elite for a moment in time.
Look at those deep balls Carson Palmer throws…pretty.
Also included are some of his better-known TD celebrations.
He used to be funny back then, now he’s just another TO/Rosenhaus client looking to better deal himself.
You and me both. That is what football is all about.

This one is better.
1994 Texas State High School Football Playoffs. On the field, you have Plano East (in black) trailing 41-17 with under 4 minutes left. In the booth, you have the living embodiment of every ignorant yankee stereotype of redneck southerners.
You’ll wet your britches.
I lost count. Four touchdowns?

The Doctor
I especially love #6 (watch the move behind the back, so quick you can miss it), #3 (in Walton’s face…I hate Bill Walton), #2 (note the takeoff point), and #1 (the greatest game dunk in basketball history).
I’ll listen to those that argue that some player other than Julius Erving was the greatest of all time, but to say Doctor J is not the greatest dunker of all time is both wrong and insulting.
I won’t argue with you. How about this dunk at the collegiate level? There are a bunch of his dunks on YouTube.
I’ve always liked this amazing chip-in from Tiger Woods @ Augusta
About a 35 yd chip-in by Tiger
Cool, I get to be the one to mention the fly ball hit to the warning track in right field that was misjudged by Jose Canseco and went for a HR off of his head .
Dag gummit, I done wet my britches!
Chills everytime I watch that one. I was 12 at the time, and remember it like yesterday…

I remember the announcers talking about how tough the chip was and thinking to myself, “man it’s like they’ve never heard of Tiger Woods”. I’m not a fan of Tiger* but this really is one of my favorite sports highlight
*I’ve simply always cheered for the underdog. Nothing more complicated than that.
That year, and that year only, I was interested in horse racing. Amazing animal.
That reminded me of this –Billy Mills winning the 10K in the 1964 Olympics.
Nate Vasher returns a missed field goal 108 yards! .
However long this thread goes, I’d say the vast majority of the clips that will be posted here happened in games that I wasn’t watching live at the time. I was watching that game live. .
David Beckham scores from 70 yards? meters? whatever they use in MLS.
Wow. What was the call on that pitch?
Eric Cantona scoring against Sunderland as much for the reaction as for the goal itself.
I’ll see your Nate Vasher and raise you Devin Hester.
