**1) What was your favourite album in high school? **
There were so many, but I think the one I listened to the most was “Who’s Next,” by the Who. Close runnerup was Neil Young’s “After The Goldrush.”
2) When was this? The year?
1972. Senior year.
3) Do you own a copy of that album today or have you re-bought this album in a newer format?
I only have it on vinyl. But I still have a turntable, and use it.
4) When was the last time you listened to this album?
It’s been awhile.
But I involuntarily listen to it when there are Toyota commercials on TV.
My husband listens to a lot of classic rock, and Won’t Get Fooled Again is always around.
5) What were the last two CD’s you bought (or tracks off someplace like iTunes)
On I-tunes, The White Stripes “Get Behind Me Satan.” Self-titled album by Forest.
6) Are these albums something high school you would have listened to?
Yes. Actually, Forest is a folk group that I came upon back in '72.
3) Do you own a copy of that album today or have you re-bought this album in a newer format?
Yeah.
4) When was the last time you listened to this album?
Probably within the last few months.
5) What were the last two CD’s you bought (or tracks off someplace like iTunes)
Paul vn Dyk’s “The Politics of Dancing 2” & Zero 7’s “When It Falls”
6) Are these albums something high school you would have listened to?
Hmmm…since I got into New Order real big soon after high school, I['d have to say yes on Paul Van Dyk. Not so sure about Zero 7. I probably would though.
I’ve often wondered what thread would finally get me in here. If I do something wrong, please let me know.
[QUOTE=Yookeroo] 1) What was your favourite album in high school?
It’s up between Guns’n’Roses “Appetite for Destruction”, Faith No More’s “The Real Thing,” and Extreme’s “Extreme II: Pornagrafitti”
2) When was this? The year?
'89-'91
3) Do you own a copy of that album today or have you re-bought this album in a newer format?
I’ve replaced them all a few times, but the only one I still have now is Extreme–got rid of the others.
4) When was the last time you listened to this album?
Threw it in just two days ago to hear one song. It was messed up so I have to replace it again.
5) What were the last two CD’s you bought (or tracks off someplace like iTunes)
A collection of classical songs (looking for my favorite version of Canon), and Muse “Absolution.”
6) Are these albums something high school you would have listened to?
Honestly, no. Classical was too boring, and Muse(while not yet formed then) would have fallen into what I’d considered alternative music, and I wouldn’t have been able to get past his voice at that time. Tastes change.
What was your favourite album in high school?
Weezer, the Blue Album
When was this? The year?

I have an old copy, and recently bought the special two-disc set that has a CD of B-sides in addition to the original.
When was the last time you listened to this album?
I woke up with “My Name is Jonas” in my head this morning. Does that count? No? Then Saturday.
What were the last two CD’s you bought (or tracks off someplace like iTunes)
Green Day, “International Superhits,” and the Kaiser Chiefs, “Employment.”
Are these albums something high school you would have listened to?
Definitely the Green Day. In fact, I was listening to some of the songs on that CD when I was in high school. I’m sure I would have liked the Kaiser Chiefs too.
What was your favourite album in high school? Pink Floyd - Wish You were Here

What were the last two CD’s you bought (or tracks off someplace like iTunes) Eva Cassidy’s Songbird and Time After Time.
Are these albums something high school you would have listened to? Nope. I didn’t have the breadth of musical knowledge to appreciate her singing then.
