Yeah, one of my favorites from that era, too. Love how they basically ended the series at the end of season one, not expecting it to get renewed, and then had to figure a (simple) way out of it for the second season. Oddly enough, the last time I saw Sledgehammer was when I was living in Budapest. There was a Hungarian dubbed version of that show they had on the air c. 1999/2000. Not a show I would have expected to see there… ---

It’s got a really good cast, too. First movie I remember seeing Chris Evans in. The Prom Tonight musical number alone makes it well worth watching. I remember laughing at Sledge Hammer! until my sides hurt, when I was 13 or so. I almost don’t want to watch it again and risk disturbing my memory of it as a comedy masterpiece. Not Another Teen Movie was worth watching for Mr. T as The Wise Janitor. It’s not quite up to Airplane! standards, but then, what is? ---
