Is there a freeware or very low cost computer program that uses the computer as a fax machine **using** DSL? 😕

I use [eFax](http://www.efax.com/en/efax/twa/page/homePage?location=us-ny-panorama.gif&CMP=OTC-us_ny)

Free to recieve (with ads), but it’ll cost you if you upgrade to a local number (the number I was given is in Idaho; I live in New York!) or if you want to send.

But if you just need a number to recieve faxes, it’s pretty good.
