> \</nitpick\>

Alas, no, the calculation was done by calculator and was correct. The disconnect was caused when trying to convert it into a percentage. This was a brain fart that reflects on me not on the calculator. This one was on me and I know better.

You are correct that the number is in line with the **iiandandyiii** ’s estimate not lower.

After studying the FBI’s response I think their view is either she’s an evil genius or the dumbest person ever to hold high office and they couldn’t find any evidence of genius… so win for the Clintons?

By the reaction shown by the Repubicans, it is clear that it was a win. It should not had been but the Republicans can not help but to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Can you back this up?
(I’d think the fact that there’s a verb “swiftboating” would clue you in…)

There’s a difference between posting things that you’ve researched and found to be true, and typing platitudes that pop into your head that you WISH were true. You’ve done so well lately, but every once in a while…

_For months, republican Benghazi committee chairman Trey Gowdy has been playing up the fact that Hillary Clinton used her own private email server for conducting official government business. That’s set off a firestorm which has forced four separate government agencies to step in and defend her against a wide range of false accusations. Now it turns out Gowdy himself has been running his own congressional email through a private server of his own…Although three Secretaries of State in a row from two different political parties each opted to have their own email server installed at the State Department in order to bypass the inept official server, republicans have attempted to single out Hillary Clinton for doing so. Trey Gowdy has used his position as head of the Benghazi committee to pore over thousands of her emails, public and private. Gowdy spent much of her testimony this week publicly misstating what was in some of those emails, forcing Clinton to correct him in front of the cameras. But not only has Clinton emerged from the now-debunked scandal unscathed, Gowdy’s own private email server has come into focus._

Lyndon Johnson: _“I don’t care whether the bastard did it. I just want him to deny it.”_

But yes, it sticks for a reason: you and others doing what Karl Rove and the bosses of the GOP want you to: constantly stirring it up.

Trey Gowdy can not be in any of those “most punchable face” lists, because he looks as if someone has already done so.

There has not been a high profile politician in our history who has not had really weird accusations thrown at them, from McCain starting the Forrestal fire to Obama being a gay Muslim to John Kerry faking his medals.

That’s utter nonsense. The RW media does little but churn out lies and ignorant misinformation against its political opponents. Of course it sticks, that’s the whole point.

Since there are virtually no orphanages, but foster care, I would suspect that the Republicans made one up to set up a fire and blame her.

But in any case, I’m on the record of saying that what she did was foolish and I have to take her apology into account and now the fact that no criminal intent was found.

Well, Comey is one. And the fact that many will keep eyes on her in the opposition makes her very unlikely to have the same issue again.
