Gotta love the reference to the “Biden DOJ” on the bottom. I’m having a hard time understanding why Trump and his lawyers aren’t already arrested and in jail. Isn’t there urgency in understanding just how much damage has already been caused to our security infrastructure and intelligence networks? He should be arrested, in cuffs, perp walk, etc., and then grilled to find out exactly how much of the top secret materials have been disseminated. Bright lights, polygraph, etc. This is triage time for our national security. ETA: At this point, he is allowed to leave the country and go anywhere he wants, correct? Flight risk is significant here. ---

Long story short, he didn’t address or refute a single fact in the DOJ filing. There’s even a passage where they say something along the lines of “the government’s problems are too many to note…”, which is STUPID AS SHIT because this filing is where you want to list those exact problems so you can address them on appeal. Morons. Not even salt of the earth morons. ---

I took this screenshot from Truth Social. Did Trump just confess to hanging onto classified information about Iran’s nuclear program? Is he admitting to deliberately withholding this information from the Biden Administration? The idea of continuity between administrations, that the purpose of government is to serve the interests of the people of the United States – which includes protecting them from foreign enemies – never even entered his tiny brain.
