Kise has a reputation as being a very good lawyer. That makes me wonder if he had the temerity to say « No, Mr Trump, I’m afraid your proposed course of action would not be legal / proper / likely to help you in court » and is no longer n Trump’s good books. Pure speculation on my part. ---

See, my pure speculation is that it was Kise who suggested Dearie as a special master and sold it to Trump on the basis of the FISA bullshit. Now Trump is pissed that he got a real judge and sidelined Kise due to pique. ---

Sure, but a big deal was made about a top Florida lawyer taking over the case. Having him do research etc. will still be charged at his top rates, no? You don’t give someone a $3 million retainer to do research and make copies. ---

The Department of Justice just filed a one day extension request to find an online web portal creator who will work with them to create a system for trump to view the unclassified documents.
