And to continue with the obvious. the other presidents worked with the National Archives and followed proper procedure to store and secure documents; They didn’t just take shit by declaring it “mine, mine, mine” and hide it in their basement and then take documents out to show off to people. ---

Appeal court dismisses special master! Big win for justice department. Judge cannon is out of the case as is judge dearie. Appeal court did give trump’s team a bit of a slam of the door on the way out. ---

Just read the ruling. Thanks to @Lance_Turbo for providing the link! That was… scathing. They spared neither Judge Cannon or Trump and his lawyers. I loved that they called the filing out for exactly what it was: A sideshow. ---
