Fair point, and very likely to be among his innumerable, questionable defenses, but … a) They’ve been trying to figure out who – with and without legitimate clearances and need-to-know – might have viewed the documents, both to establish potential witnesses and security breaches; b) I don’t know what statements TFG has made wrt the documents thusfar, apart from “MINES!,” but to the extent he fell back on his trademark denial and deflection, touch DNA might be good impeachment evidence should it come to that. It’s the whole “I’ve never seen that person before in my life” before a dozen pictures of the two, arm-in-arm, are published.
