Even if it was literally rolling dice – which I don’t think it was – a sufficiently biased person in that position could end up with whatever answer they wanted. (When I write “sufficiently,” I mean “Judge Cannon level of bias.”) Someone either in this thread or another asked who that person was. Google indicates it’s the chief judge of the district court, or from a different google answer, the chief court administrator. Do we know who either of those people are? ---
