I did some further searching and it appears that Trump tried to flush papers down the toilet in the past, but not today. It still proves a pattern of behavior, though. ---

We’re still some time away from indictments. But this is an in-your-face move by DOJ and they’re well aware of that. Consider it their public-facing opening gambit. Indictments are coming. ---

Switched to cnn. It was mentioned that the search could be very extensive. It would be more than, oh, look, there are the boxes, off we go. This could be a every nook and cranny search. Which does give them a chance at finding quite a bit of other evidence of illegality. ---

The “also” in there is curious. It reads like there was a longer description of what the search was for but then most of it was edited out. E.g. “We were looking for evidence pertaining to certain cases (but please don’t write that) and _also if he still had presidential and classified documents_”. ---
