Nauta is in an odd situation since he half-helped the FBI/DOJ by sitting for an interview and giving grand jury testimony. I’m not clear if he voluntarily turned over his cell phone, but he certainly stopped helping at some point or I don’t think he would be a Defendant. My point is, I don’t know if he can flip anymore. I mean he can for moral reasons, but I don’t know how much it would help him or how much DOJ even needs him…if this were a normal case at least. btw, Nauta is not able to receive the discovery docs since he does not have a FL licensed attorney/has not been arraigned. So he hasn’t seen what’s in there and he doesn’t know what Trump knows…just Trump’s rage on Truth Social to what was in the discovery materials. Gulp. ---
