One thing is sure, the court will not be worse no matter who replaces Alito if indeed it happens in this administration. One automatic vote for the Reich, just cast by a different person.

But if he is replaced by a younger Trumpist, then it will be a vote for the Reich for decades. Much better if he is replaced by a Democrat in the next administration.
