It wasn’t a school, it was a real estate training program done as 3 or 5 day seminars. So, if you paid their ridiculous fees and stayed through all of the blather you could say you “graduated”, the same way a person might graduate from the School of Hard Knocks. ---

I remember this revisionist baloney sandwich. It made the case that Al Haig was “Deep Throat” and he had his own agenda for undermining Nixon. They basically accused Dean of using the old “Officer, officer, I saw the whole thing!” ploy to mask his involvement in the break-in. ---

I would think any decent attorney would stay clear of this “opportunity”, what with how this particular client is known for stiffing people in his employ. Also, look how things turned out for Colludy Giuliani, once known as “America’s mayor” and 9-11 hero, and now a disgraced laughing stock. Why would any sane lawyer sign-on for that? ---

YMMV. I think that (especially the ‘you’ll end up with a lot of angry (violent) people’ argument) is even more reason to take this to the full extent of the law. People clearly need a gentle reminder that there’s more to be correct than just being the loudest. Facts aren’t facts simply because you can flood the internet/fox with tweets. You’re not acquitted based on the size of the mob willing to fight about it. You don’t get to ignore the law because you convinced some yokels that you’re the subject of a witch hunt. If that was the case, there wouldn’t be any need for trials. If you can get enough people to scare the judge, jury, witnesses, lawyers etc, you win, otherwise, right to jail. ---

ABC News reported yesterday that Kash Patel, a former Trump aide, shared his plans to retrieve classified documents from the National Archives and publish them on his website. He appears to think these documents prove Trump’s innocence in “Russiagate”, both impeachment hearings, and January 6, and Hunter Biden’s guilt in…something.
