# FBI taking scheme by GE maintenance tech to build an "X Ray Laser" seriously - Should they?

Of course he does.  
Fortunately, the bad guy puts the trigger on a timer, and Batman knocks him out in a fistfight in the last minute before the timer expires.

Good point. At least he tries to stop him before Gotham is destroyed.
