I hope you can get the right kind of help soon. Yes, a thousand times yes. Sometimes you need different glasses, sometimes you need different tinting and sometimes contacts just don’t work. I suddenly got so depressed that I wanted to just kill myself. My life was good, there was no reason to be feeling that way and I was a horrible person for being so depressed. My husband forced me to see a therapist. She gave me a script. All it did was make me tired all the time. He forced me to go back and she gave me something else, which wired me up so much that it was like my speed freak days. I stopped taking that and he forced me to go to a different therapist who did lots of blood work and gave me something different that worked almost right away. Do you have anyone who can force you to do this? I know that its hard to work up the motivation, sometimes it does take someone else being mean to you to get you dressed and in the car.
