Since all the world’s wisdom is contained in I LOVE  
LUCY episodes, how about this: Lucy is teaching Ricky English and he complains that ou can be pronounced too many different ways, as in enough, rough; but there are bough and sometimes route; and the other way of pronouncing route as in the words rouge and through; but then there are though, and enough!
