That was the \*Rehnquist \*court. The \*Roberts \*court upheld the socialist Obamacare bill that will destroy our freedoms. ---

Roberts was appointed by Bush II. No matter how evil you think he is, I doubt he could have finagled a SCOTUS presidential selection without actually being on SCOTUS. ---
