They have their fist around the base. Someone like Ron Jeremy or Peter North can only put the entire thing into someone’s ass or throat, which have much greater depth. I honestly would not like to be any longer than I am. Besides, what really matters is thickness. By the way, the head of mine, when fully erect - which requires a pill at this stage of my life - cannot fit into the standard paper towel cardboard tube. ---
