I meant to respond to this as well…I agree, it IS because it is more clumsy/less in your control and so more as if someone else is doing it. I do this sometimes, but usually I use my dominant hand because I just can’t fake myself out that well, so not worth the effort. I’ve always heard people say “I can do it so much better myself”, which is true to a certain degree, we all know how to get ourselves off best/quickest, but there is definately something to be said for the element of surprise and excitement involved in the touch of another. Or I’m warming myself up and I do it while watching TV or reading a non-erotic, regular book. Yeah, I agree. Sometimes I am really into fantasy and/or the whole scenario involved and sometimes I am just wanting a good cum and the physical release involved and no thought goes into it at all. I consider the faucet method almost as part of my personal hygiene/morning ritual…I seldom make much more of it than that. As for fantasizing during sex with a partner, not as a rule. I also usually find the reality stimulating enough. But sometimes, at certain moments during, I do tend to drift off into a few favorite scenarios that reliably work for me. 😃 ---

More than fantasy I use actual past hot sex moments - or no thoughts at all. I’m straight, 46 and right handed. I use my left hand middle finger quite vigourously, I’m self lubing and usually go once or twice - skin to skin, but went up to about 14 once just to see. It got mundane and pointless - but worth sharing here! I joke that I’ve worn the print off my left hand middle finger.
