USA Today is already reporting that Wilson will not be charged.
Oh, please do share with us the evidence that you have that makes this a murder charge that the rest of us do not have.

The Brown family was informed privately and they told USA Today.
Local news is saying Brown’s family lawyer had been notified a bit ago, and let some reporters know.
Since when has evidence ever mattered when a cop kills a black guy? “Cop kills innocent black guy, goes unpunished” is the norm. You don’t need to know any of the evidence at all to predict that the cop won’t be charged, regardless of whether he did it or not or how much or how little evidence there is.
It’s predicting that he will be charged that’s a stretch.

Spent 17 years as a Guardman too. Budgeting can be an issue. My unit was the reserve to respond to a racially charged case that …well if there hadn’t been convictions likely would have made the initial riots in Ferguson look like a PTA meeting. Never got an extra day of state active duty for it. I would not be in the least surprised if there’s not a decision support template driving potential reinforcements behind initial early state active duty troops. Or maybe the Governor just cracked the wallet wide open.

This was the most complete grand jury investigation possible. They saw all the evidence, heard experts. Much more than a typical grand jury. Heck, they are even releasing the evidence for the public to review. Grand jury proceedings are normally under seal. What more could be done to satisfy everyone that this decision was made fairly?
The cop acted in self defense while performing his sworn duty as a police officer.
The prosecutor is generally advocating for the victim and asking for an indictment. Who was the prosecutor representing in this case?
Actually producing an indictment, which is overwhelmingly what grand juries do.
It’s outright unbelievable that this case wasn’t in doubt enough to be worth a trial, when so many others are.
They tried to turn over a police car, and now there’s tear gas.
