:eek: :: runs over toward vat, where the calamari and **Daithi Lacha** are engaged in some kind of struggle :: :: bangs on side of vat :: :: yells into microphone :: Mariah! _Mariah!_ Put the human down now! Bad squid! :: Mariah ignores the voice :: Crap. :: **Sunspace** runs, leads over a goat which was tethered near (but out of sight of) the vat for just this reason. He rubs a towel through the goat’s fur, then runs up the ladder, and, cursing, jumps into the vat to separate the calamari from **Daithi Lacha**. As soon as the towel enters the water, the calamari takes notice. It looses **Daithi Lacha** and starts looking around through the transparant wall of the vat. **Sunspace** quickly pulls **Daithi Lacha** away, and they emerge from the water, beathing heavily and covered in sucker marks. :: :: a quick flash of tentacular motion :: :: the goat vanishes from its tether next to the tank, its rope snapped :: :: the water in the calamari vat roils :: ---
