I used to periodically put out a parody of our department newsletter. For one of them I had the following sponsor: _ **Toshure** _ cookies Just like Grandma used to make!\* At _ **Toshure** _, we use only the finest ingredients, including freshly-killed Keebler elves, 'cause we hate the little buggers. \*assuming Grandma used BHT, Sodium Stearoyl Lactate, Sodium Benzoate, and di- and mono-glycerides Another issue was sponsored by _ **Nybbles ‘n’ Bytes** _ brand programmer yummies: Reward your programmer when he/she has “done good.” **N ‘n’ B** brand treats supply some of the natural grease and salt that all programmers need to work at maximum efficiency, and they come in three tempting flavors: [ul] [li]Pepperoni Pizza & Pepsi[/li][li]Vending machine coffee[/li][li]Cigarette.[/li][/ul] And remember, a couple of N ‘n’ B a day keeps their teeth shiny bright! I’ve got some. If someone else has already mentioned these, I aplogize. **South Park** : Snacky Cakes and Cheesy Poofs for a start. “I love Cheesy Poofs, you love cheesy poofs, If we don’t eat cheesy poofs, we’ll be lame”. From **Alien and Aliens** : HyperDyne Systems Andriods (and yes, I realize it’s a homage to CyberDyne Systems from T2). Of course, Weyland-Yutani, the evil giant corporation who build every from Starships to atmopshere processors and very likely most of the military equipment from Aliens. They also consider their human assests and vehicles expenable for the purposes of getting nasty creatures for their bio-weapons division. ---
