Ingmar thinks this over. “But the first one seemed to be easily killed. Ingmar feel guilty now. Perhaps they are just hungry, no? And maybe they know were the little one is? Ingmar will wait for the others, and continue to protectink the rear.” But if the little creature comes back alone (and if it’s indeed a LITTLE creature, Ingmar will try to feed it some food. Else he will keep his distance. ---

Metagame and narrator hints aside, _they came out of a tunnel and tried to jump on our faces._ Seems to me that we shouldn’t be turning our back on the thing. If Ingmar understandably has some second thoughts about just attacking it, maybe we should all move a little further away from it for the express purpose of seeing what it does, so that when what it does is _try to claw somebody’s face off_, we can deal with the ramifications at such time. ---

I think I’ll scout ahead while I waiting for the rest of the people to cross, no too far just far enough to get an idea of what’s coming and get back by the time the rest of the group is ready to proceed. ---

You might want to wait until someone comes over to anchor the rope. Brunis might be a good choice since he’s no doubt stronger than I am. ---

Ingmar will be the last to cross, he’ll try to hurry the others along to do the same. Just to speed this up as well. Once there, he’ll allow the others to do the scouting while he covers the rear from those lil’ guys. ---

OK, you’re all across. The critter follows, but at a distance of around 25 feet. Passage C is not really a passage, but an alcove. Looking in, you can see that there is a hole at the top. It’s kind of like a chimney. ---
