I’m honestly beginning to worry about our friend @Maserschmidt. Last time we heard from him, he was anticipating to watch the Germany-Paraguay match with his son in the stadium, and we all know in what mess it ended for Germany. Since then, not a peep from him. I hope he’s not too disillusioned to have given up the whole WC for this year. ---

I’m different that way, I’m often rather relieved, relieved of the tension and psychological stress when we’re still in it. When we’re out, I can lay back, relax and watch what the other boys are playing. ETA: of course it still hurts a lot, and sometimes hurts for years. ---
