Question: What kind of recourse or appeal is there if a ref blatantly lets stoppage time go on too long? I’m not referring to any World Cup game specifically, but it’s not hard to imagine a scenario where a ref allows 18 minutes of stoppage time when only, say, 3-6 minutes could have been justified. ---
