They have the trauma of trying that against Belgium in 2018. The game was tied 2-2. Japan went all out for the win, and instead Belgium swiftly counterattacked and won 3-2 in the dying seconds. So Japan parks the bus now. ---

I see that the USA are -10000 to advance from the Group Stage. Bet $1 and leave the sports book with $1.01. And I still think it’s a sucker bet. Türkiye and or Australia could both beat the US, and a host of other shit could go wrong. But enough about that. Does USA being -10000 to advance mean that they are (something like) +10000 to not advance? Because I’ll risk a buck on that prop any day. Although I’d be sad too about it but I’ll cry all the way to the bank. ---

Yeah I chuckled at the Norwegian guy but, too. I hope they do that with more countries. Too bad Jamaica aren’t playing. Also, the bartender in those commercials is the same actor who plays Gomez Addams on Wednesday. ---

If the US loses the next 2 games they’re probably at like 0 GD and 3 pts, which would have advanced in the last 3 Euros. Of course 3 pts could land you in 4th and it wouldn’t matter. ---

But now plays in La Liga in Spain if I I’m not mistaken, in Leganés. If he continues to play like this he will probably jump to a bigger team soon. ---
