# Film about torture-what is it?

I remember catching this by chance. It’s fairly old, I’d say from the eighties, but I may be wrong. All I can remember is that it was quite surreal/fantasy-like and that it was about someone being tortured. I think it featured a black and white floor, but I might be wrong. I do now for sure that at the end a message about how many people are tortured scrolls past.
My life doesn’t depend on it, but I’d like to watch it again if I could.
I’m sure someone knows the name of this one.
