Well, according to abcnews, Suri means Princess in Hebrew. So I guess that would make her Princess Cruise. ---

I think it’s a good thing it was a girl. I was afraid a boy might get saddled with the name L. Ron or Xenu. I do feel sorry for the kid though because of what she was born into. Suri, huh? I wonder if she has any hair yet? Perhaps maybe just a little around her head, so she’d be the Suri with the fringe on top. Hey, I weighed 7.7 when I was born, too. ---

In all fairness, thats probably not true. Tom denied it, and explained that it measn the people around the mother should be quiet, not the woman giving birth. ---

To recap her stats: 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and a lifetime’s worth of baggage at 12 hours old. That’s what happens when your dad (allegedly) is placenta-eatin’ Tom Cruise and your mom gets a ball gag with her epidural. ---

I seem to have missed the references to Tom eating the placenta, was this in some other article or interview? If Katie were smart she would have made sure that the kid’s last name was listed as Holmes on the birth certificate. If that jerk wants a baby, make sure you get the wedding first. ---

My local news just aired the story of the birth. They lauded Cruise as a “first-time father”. As if adopted kids don’t count. I have read that they actually broke up months ago, but had agreed to live together until the birth and then separate. I know it’s tabloid, but they seem so awkward around each other, that I have to wonder. One interview with him that I read said that Katie was present, and smiled the entire time, but seemed “vacant”. Poor girl, she has to be wondering what she’s gotten herself into. ---
