# Financing the Health Care Reform Plan

That’s literally the silliest thing I’ve read all day.

Think of it this way. The government has increased taxes on everyone in the amount of the mandate penalty.  
Anyone who has health insurance gets a tax credit equal to the mandate penalty.

Does that quell the chicken-little-histrionics?
