Take a look at [this painting](http://www.empireonline.com/crypticcanvas/)and try to find the titles to 50 movies released in the last 20 years. Keep in mind it’s from Empire magazine so it might be a bit Anglo-centric. Good luck! ---

The cheerleaders had me for the longest damned time. That was fun, though, if occasionally painful. I don’t think any of them are too obscure but I spent a while clicking random places on the painting to find out where the last couple of clues even were \>\< ---

I’m up to 34, finally. Still no idea what the cheerleaders are. The pair of musical instruments over by the pirates is evil. And clever. But mostly evil. ---

Going counterclockwise from the bottom left, more or less, I see 45: Liar, Liar Pi The Matrix Zodiac Signs The Fisher King Million Dollar Baby Swimming with Sharks Hook Pirates of the Caribbean Monsters, Inc. Iron Man Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy Happy Feet Interview with the Vampire The Dark Knight Saw Bolt Pulp Fiction Cloverfield The Last King of Scotland Scream Stardust The English Patient Little Children Children of Men Milk Chocolat (fittingly, these last two are next to each other) The Piano (or The Pianist; either or both work for the same clue) 300 Gladiator Trainspotting Attack of the Clones (Cheerleaders… terrible clue, I took a few guesses) Walk the Line The Thin Red Line (same clue, sort of, as above, so I may be wrong on one) Crash Flags of Our Fathers The Two Towers No Country for Old Men Traffic Eagle Eye Snakes on a Plane The Crow (I think) Moulin Rouge (it helps if you know what that means in French) The Diving Bell and the Butterfly Tricky. ---

Yeah, I’m another one who is using Firefox and can’t see the picture. I assume there must be a plug-in or update we can use to see it, since I really don’t want to use IE. ---

Using RickJay’s spoiler, I’m able to get 48. The only two I’m missing are the big 20 (20 years in ice, or something?), and the woman dropping the… brick? Book? out of the tower. There was a similar puzzle some time back sponsored by M&M, that was all dark movies (to celebrate dark chocolate M&Ms). EDIT: Oh, and there are a few things arguably in the picture that don’t count as correct. The vehicles driving to the dragon would make more sense as “Cars”, for instance, but they’re not. ---
