Unfortunately, he suffered from schizophrenia and that adversely affected his later work. [/QUOTE] At the risk of sounding insensitive, I disagree that his work was affected ‘adversely.’ If I had to choose one of Wain’s cat pictures to hang on my wall, it would definitely be one from his ‘schizophrenic’ period.
