Interesting site.

**Popular Barrow-wight** in Middle Earth (not bad)

**Nuinyávëiel** as one of the Elven ones (cool)

**Rose Boffin from Hardbottle** (Hobbit) – nah, don’t quite take to that.

**Corin Loremallet** (Dwarven) – now, that’s neat.

But I _love_ the Orc one: **Razhghash the Burner**. Time for me to head out and maim stuff. 🙂

**According to the Red Book of Westmarch** ,

I am an **Angry Bird-tamer**.
This name in Dwarvish is Larin Cloudlaughter. I don’t like the other languages.

My screen persona, minus the spoonerism, is a **Talented Gaffer**.
Using only the feminine, my name in Hobbiton is Ruby Proudfoot of Buckland, and in Dwarvish, Tror Redmirth.

I think I like my usernames best. The Orkish names are kindof blecch.

I don’t think very much of some of these Elven names. They’re too long and clunky and unmusical. Elven names, especially female names, are supposed to be beautiful – think Galadriel, Luthien Tinuviel. Baranaglarwen and Bulëuialiel (!) and Eglaanoon
(what’s with all these consecutive vowels?) just don’t have the right sound.

If you really want an accurate Tolkienian name, check out [quenya lapseparma | a brief history of nonsense](http://www.elvish.org/elm/names.html) . (My name in Quenya would apparently be m\_mirimë. 🙂 )
