Finding a goose to cook in the US

Chinese supermarkets.
I dislike duck, so I assume I’ll not be crazy about goose, but due to this thread I did think about getting one.

So, are you all saying it’s greasy? But good? :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m game (ha!) for anything, but I too am wondering if it’s worth the price. A family I grew up with used to goose-hunt a lot and presumably ate them, but I was never invited over when they were a-feasting on them. Can anyone testify?
