Take away the invasions and the wars and the exterminations, then yeah, the Nazis are just the Spanish Nationalists, and Hitler is just Francisco Franco. (aside: Isn’t it ironic that the dictator of Spain is named the Spanish equivalent of “Frenchy McFrenchFace?”) But see, what we really hate about the Nazis was the invasions and wars and exterminations. So you can’t just set those aside, you know? And of course a self-proclaimed Fascist isn’t going to explain himself. Funny thing, though, the real Nazis were exactly the same sorts of petulant crybaby small-time losers as modern day neo-Nazis.
