If used as an adjective, it just means “superlative”, usually also with hints of being ostentatious but in a good way. “It’s not clocking to you. It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business.” Having a teenager in the house is so much fun. I am bemused that the verb ‘to cook’ can mean to think things over but also still retains it’s traditional ‘you’re screwed’ meaning from my era. So Gen Alpha slang allows the sentence, ‘He’s not cooked yet, let him cook.’ which is adorable. ---
