The thing is, reasonable people can disagree over the outcomes - and that’s fine - but that doesn’t change the fact that the legal analysis that the court performed was pretty shoddy, and we’ve built a lot of legal precedent on that shaky foundation. [shrug] You could say the same about _Roe v. Wade,_ but you’d have to be crazy to want it reversed now. The sky would fall. And get you pregnant, too. ---
