# Firefox extension that makes screenshots?

I seem to recall seeing a Firefox extension which allowed the user to quickly generate a capture of whatever page or part of a page you’re looking at. I can’t find it now though, anyone have any ideas or was this just a fevered dream of mine?

I found one called Screen grab! that might work.

Have you tried the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard? Then, paste into any graphics program.

Windows has built-in screen grabbing capabilities.

Print Screen/SysRq: Captire entire screen to clipboard  
ALT+Print Screen: Capture current window to clipboard.

Once the screen is in the clipboard you can go to your favourite image editor and paste into a new image.

For exmaple, in Photoshop you can open a new image; the dimensions for the image will automatically be taken from the size of the image in the clipboard and set in the image dimensions. Click OKAY, then CTRL+V to paste the image. There you go.
