It will be interesting to see what the final number looks like (adjusting for new members who havenā€™t registered yet) and whether it ends up being closer to 7000 or [3806](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=4677941#post4677941). Prediction: weā€™ll see 4500 before 4/21. The more the merrier of course. Right now, among the most recent posts, it appears the vast majority are being made by charter members. ---

Figuring a trickle for the next two weeks, and another spurt around April 20th, it looks like 3000 or close to it is attainable. I donā€™t think thatā€™s bad at all. What were your expectations, even as vague as they might have been? ---
